MISSION STATEMENT: 

“Create a year-round destination for food, wine, culture, and arts that celebrates our place” 

  • Create a network similar to WIE suite

  • Arts and Cultural Festival

  • Mission statement & Strategy to be communicated out

  • Do we break up into towns? Suggestion not to do just 1 large event and that’s it

  • Create committees - Festival & Communication 

  • Need to build this group/network first to share out information and get more sign ups

  • Who is our audience? 

  • Guild Hall Art & Farmers

    • Take a page from the HIFF and people can pick what they want to participate in, spread out different topics and event types

  • Is this a Membership or just a Committee - fees? 

  • Sponsor ideas; Jitney, Michelin, AMEX x Resy

  • January 14 or 27 - target an internal meeting to build interest and start breakout committees for things like Communications, Event Planning, Education etc. 

  • April - target a small event to start building consumer engagement
